We are furnished with advanced equipments, including the class 10K clean room for expansion program of  two 6-axis robots. The purposely designed to recognize over 200 different parts, thus allowing even small to medium volume production runs to be automated.  We also installed class 10K clean room for two automatic spraying production lines. They are mainly for large volume production run. Robotic spraying offers many advantages over manual production including increased throughput, greater consistency and repeatability and more control over paint usage.
